Around Bangkok

Instead of writing about the Myanmar Embassy, Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, Khao Yai National Park and Ayuthaya, I'll give a link to Daniel's blog whose has already written about it. Daniel was my traveling partner for the following 3 weeks or so. As I have mentioned in my previous blogs, I'd been following his blog prior to my own travels and invited him to join me to Myanmar. Daniel is from Australia and has been traveling for over a year. So without further ado, here's his account of our travels: http://www.travelblog.org/Asia/Thailand/Central-Thailand/Ayuthaya/blog-475303.html

DAMNOEN SADUAK FLOATING MARKET

KHAO YAI NATIONAL PARK

-The waterfall below was made famous for its appearance in the movie "The Beach."

-I met Brian and Joceny at the Ntl Park (see below).

AYUTHAYA

-As Daniel mentioned in his blog there was a curfew set at our hotel, which, I failed to adhere to, and had to bang on the door until they let me in.
-There were also an ungodly amount of stray dogs in Ayuthaya. When I was walking back to my hotel one night, there were millions of them sprawled all over the streets. It was a bit disconcerting walking around all of them since SE Asia is rampant with rabies.
